Every day we welcome you with warm, fragrant, crusty bread, exceptionally buttery layered French pastry, and a whole range of unexpected flavour combinations baked into our sourdough goods.

We draw inspiration from the finest bakeries and patisseries in Europe, though in our everyday work we most of all want to build on Polish tradition. We use the highest quality ingredients, based on what is good and natural. We work with the rhythm of the seasons, combining seasonal produce with tried and trusted recipes. Our love of baking shows in hard work - kneading, shaping and forming the most beautiful loaves.
