We bake only with natural sourdough and high-quality flour. We are inspired by the best bakeries and pastry shops in Europe, although in our everyday life we most want to refer to the Polish tradition. We intend to act in accordance with the rhythm of the seasons, combining the seasonality of products with proven and reliable recipes.
